摘    要:在Zr-Cu-Al-Dy合金中添加难熔金属Ta,利用铜模铸造法制备出Zr基非晶/结晶复合材料。复合材料的形成过程可描述如下:在凝固过程中,熔体中首先析出富Ta固溶体,剩余熔体的成分逐渐接近原始非晶合金成分,且非晶形成能力随着富Ta固溶体的析出而提高,最终形成非晶基体。富Ta固溶体多呈树枝晶状分布于非晶基体中,多数树枝晶状的固溶体尺寸大于10μm,远大于剪切带的平均厚度(约10~20nm)。压缩试验结果:非晶/结晶复合材料的宏观塑性变形量从几乎为零提高到13.5%,断裂强度也从1850MPa提高到2050MPa。

Abstract:A series of bulk metallic glassy/crystalline composites in the (Zr0.48Cu0.4Al0.1Dy0.02) 100-xTax(where x=0, 4, 6) alloy system have been prepared by a copper-mold casting technique with varying the Ta content. The Ta-rich solid solution particles with a dendritic shape embed in the bulk metallic glass matrix.
