滑石粉填充间规聚苯乙烯结晶行为与晶型

摘    要:用熔融挤出方法制备了滑石粉(Talc)填充间规聚苯乙烯(Talc/sPS)和苯乙烯(St)/丙烯酸(AA)或St/马来酸酐(MA)双单体接枝改性Talc的Talc/sPS复合材料,用DSC和WAXD研究了Talc/sPS和改性Talc/sPS复合材料的结晶与熔融行为、晶型。结果表明,Talc对sPS结晶存在异相成核作用,提高sPS熔体结晶温度。熔融温度提高,sPS结晶温度降低,sPS结晶温度与熔融温度的依赖性为:sPS>Talc/sPS>Talc-AA-PS/sPS>Talc-MA-PS/sPS。Talc/sPS复合材料的熔融行为和晶型不仅与熔融温度有关,也与Talc表面处理有关。双单体接枝改性的Talc填充sPS有利于形成β晶。

Abstract:Syndiotactic Polystyrene filled with talc(talc/sPS) composite and Talc/sPS composites modified by styrene(St) and acrylic acid(AA) or maleic anhydride(MA) were prepared by melting extrusion.The crystallization and melting behavior,crystal form of sPS and its composites were investigated by DSC and WAXD.
