乳化沥青老化动力学研究

摘    要:以辽河AH-90沥青为基质沥青,以自制的Gemini季铵盐阳离子表面活性剂为乳化剂制备乳化沥青。作者以老化过程中w(正戊烷沥青质)的变化为参数,建立2种沥青的老化动力学模型,进行老化性能分析。通过比较2种沥青的动力学参数,得出乳化沥青的抗老化性能优于基质沥青。

Abstract:In this study,emulsified asphalt was prepared using AH-90 asphalt donated by Liaohe oil-field(China) as base asphalt and dissymmetric Gemini quaternary ammonium salts cationic surfactant as emulsifier.Based on the relationship between content of n-pentane asphaltene and ageing time,the ageing kinetics models were set up.The anti-ageing performance of emulsified asphalt was studied.The kinetics parameters obtained were compared between two kinds of asphalt.As a result,emulsified asphalt showed higher activation energy and lower reaction rate constant than those of base asphalt and,therefore,better anti-ageing performance than base asphalt.
