摘    要:研究了稀土及热处理对半钢组织中碳化物的形貌与力学性能的影响。结果表明:稀土变质后再经热处理能显著加速半钢共晶碳化物的溶解、断网及团聚化,促进颗粒状碳化物的析出,提高其综合力学性能。

Abstract:Effects of RE modification and heat treatment on carbide morphology and mechanical properties of cast semi steel were studied. Experimental results show that the dissolution and breaking up of eutectic carbide network and precipitation of granular carbides are notably accelerated during high temperature holding of the RE modified cast semi steel, as a result , the mechanical properties of cast semi steel are greatly improved.
