摘    要:在45钢的Al_2O_3+13%TiO_2等离子涂层上进行了纳米Al_2O_3的激光熔覆试验,对制备的纳米复合陶瓷涂层进行了磨损性能测试与组织结构分析。试验表明:由于纳米材料的大量渗入与激光的双重作用,涂层原有的疏松、裂纹等缺陷得到极大改善,致密度极大提高,力学性能得到显著改善。磨损试验中,纳米涂层材料的去除持续、均匀,无脆断现象,磨损状况良好。

Abstract:Laser cladding experiment of nano-Al_2O_3 on Al_2O_3 +13%TiO_2 plasma coating of 45 steel was carried out, and the microstructure and wearing property of the nano composite ceramic coating were studied. The results indicate that because of the dual function of the laser cladding and the nano material infiltration, the number of the loosen structure and the cracks in the ceramic coating decreases greatly, the coating density improves remarkably. Thus, the mechanical performance of the coating improves evidently. In the wearing test, the nano composite coating material is removed steadily, continuously and uniformly without crisp fracture,and reveals the excellent wear resistance.
