多杀菌素产生菌的5L罐分批发酵动力学研究

摘    要:多杀菌素(spinosad)是一种具有生物农药安全性和化学合成农药速效性的新型微生物源杀虫剂.用5L罐对多杀菌素分批发酵的动力学进行研究,基于Logistic和Luedeking-Piret方程建立了多杀菌素发酵过程中菌体生长、产物合成及底物消耗随时间变化的数学模型,并用origin 7.5软件对实验值与模型拟合值进行比较,两者能较好的吻合.说明所建动力学模型能较好反映多杀菌素的分批发酵过程,为工业放大生产多杀菌素提供了理论依据和方法.

Abstract:Spinosad is a new-style microbial insecticide,which possesses the properties of both safety of biological pesticide and fast effect of agrochemical.The batch fermentation kinetics of spinosad producing strain in a 5-L fermentor was studied.Mathematic models of mycelia growth,spinosad production and substrate consumption were established on the basis of the Logistic and Luedeking-Piret equations.Experimental values were compared fitted values by models with software origin 7.5 and they are well coincident.Th...
