摘    要:在传统理论认识的基础上,结合材料学及微观分子理论研究热注锅炉运行时经常发生锅炉爆管事故的机理。结果发现,渗透扩散现象能够改变钢的结构,水垢的成分和炉管内、外的温度差是影响爆管的主要内因。据此认为可通过控制水的结垢、采用炉管内壁镀特种金属等方式和工艺来延缓水垢对炉体的破坏,从而保证炉管金属的强度,降低热注锅炉的爆管风险。
