摘    要:提出了一种基于压电陶瓷的新型固液一体化作动器。该作动器通过两个压电陶瓷泵协调工作,由压电陶瓷提供动力,液压油为介质,用泵体代替普通一体化作动器中的单向阀,克服了单向阀的响应频率瓶颈,从而有效地利用了压电陶的高频响应特性,同时集成的一体化结构设计,避免了普通液压作动器的分布管路。对设计的一体化作动器进行了建模仿真,得到仿真曲线,结果表明该作动器相对体积小,输出位移大,响应频率高,承载能力强,动态特性好,并且实现了全电工作。

Abstract:A Novel hybrid solid-fluid actuator using piezoelectric components is described.The hybrid solid-fluid actuator is composed of two piezoelectric pumps which take advantage of the high energy density of piezoelectricity components.The pumps replacing the check valves which are needed in common incorporate actuators overcome the frequency bottleneck of the check valves.Consequently the actuator effectively utilizes the high frequency characteristic of the piezoelectric ceramics and the integrative design can avoid the dispersed pipeline of common hydraulic actuators.Simulation data indicates that the actuator has better performance: small volume,large displacement,broad bandwidth,high load,good dynamic characteristic and work only need electric power.
