仿人智能PID控制器的设计与应用

摘    要:针对发酵过程的不确定性、非线性、大时滞等特点所采用的仿人智能PID控制器克服了常规PID控制方法积分饱和现象,结合了仿人智能和PID的优点,并引入了智能积分环节.应用在发酵pH控制系统中,提高了系统的稳定性和响应速度,使系统不会出现大的超调或失调.

Abstract:In view of the fact that a fermentation process would have some undesirable effects, such as uncertainty, nonlinearity, large time lag, etc, the paper presents a kind of human-simulation intelligent PID control terchnique in combination with the strong points of the integral and fuzzy control applied to a biological fermentation control system, thus overcoming the integral saturation exsisting in a conventional PID control system and improving the system stability and response speed. Such a control system can keep its performance in order without and overshoot or maladjustment.
