空气中甲醛含量测定方法的探讨

摘    要:用酚试剂分光光度法测定公共场所空气中甲醛含量时在标准曲线绘制过程中,由于在标准溶液中加入显色剂后需要放置一段时间,再测定其吸光度.放置时间的长短,其吸光度也会发生相应的变化,也就是说对标准曲线的斜率有影响,其计算因子会发生变化.

Abstract:When you examine farmaldehyde content in the air in public by the way of SIGMA(3-METH-YL-2-BENZOTHIAO LINONE HYDRAZONE) sepcetrophotometer in drawing the normal curve,you have to wait for some time after entering colour manifestation, then examine the absorbency. If you wait for a long time, the absorbency will change. That is to say, it will affect the slope of the normal curve, and the figure coeffecient will change.
