| 摘 要： | 本文实现了一个用微处理机控制的快速差动数据采集系统。在本系统中,采用了高精度的仪用差动集成运放AD521,十位高速逐次渐近型模/数转换器AD571,先把要采集的信号与参照信号加以比较放大,然后把放大后的偏差信号以高的分解度转换成数字信号。

| Abstract: | In this papsr, a high speed data acquisition system with differen-tial amplifier is described. The system is controlled by a micropro-cessor. In the system, a precise differeatial amplifier AD521 and a 10-bitsuccessive approximation A/D converter AD571 are used, therefore thedata acquisition system provides high accuracy and high acquisitionspeed. |
