第三代核电AP1000主冷却剂泵的变频设计方案探讨

摘    要:介绍了我国将引进的第三代先进压水堆AP1000主冷却剂泵拟选用的变频设计方案和运行方式,分析了采用变频设计后对主冷却剂泵工作和反应堆运行带来的正面和负面影响。通过对主泵设计特性的分析,提出了变频器供电方案下的特殊要求。探讨了主泵变频设计和运行中应当考虑和注意的问题。

Abstract:The paper introduced the design scheme and operation mode of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) for the Main Coolant Pumps (MCP) of AP1000, the advanced PWR of the third generation, and analyzed the effects of adopting frequency-conversion design on operation of MCP and PWR. Through the analysis of design characteristics for MCP, some special requirements of VFD performance were put forward. The problems and issues were discussed, which should be considered in the design and operation of the VFD.
