摘    要:进行了459、Cr2Mo和W18Cr4V钢多道搭接激光淬火实验,结果表明,激光淬火表面都存在搭接区的回火软化现象,45钢软化区宽度最大,W18Cr4V钢软化区宽度最窄。在搭接回火区,45钢组织主要为回火索氏体和和少量回火马氏体,9Cr2Mo钢的主要为回火马氏体、索氏体和少量碳化物,而W18Cr4V的组织由针状马氏体和少量的粒状碳化物构成。根据马氏体回火过程中的碳原子扩散特征,分析和计算了碳扩散激活能和回火时间对马氏体组织的影响。

Abstract:Surface hardening of 45,9Cr2Mo and W18Cr4V steels were achieved by using of multi-track laser quenching.Tempering softening occurs in all overlapping zones for laser quenching,and the results of hardness testing indicate that the softening zone width of 45 steel is the broadest and the narrowest softening zone is observed for W18Cr4V steel.In overlapping zone,there are mixture microstructure composed of tempered sorbite and a small amount of tempered martensite in 45 steel,and tempered martensite,tempered s...
