摘    要:为制备工业用高温热电偶瓷管,本实验依据原位反应的原理,配制了不同Al2O3含量的试样,主要研究了以Al2O3作为第二相增韧增强的mullite基复相陶瓷材料的烧结行为。

Abstract:For the purpose of manufacturing Al 2O 3 mullite multiphase ceramic tube for thermoelectric pyrometer ,five specimens which have different Al 2O 3 content have been made on the base of in-situ reaction. The behavior of sintered specimens,especially the Al 2O 3 as the second phase toughening /strengthening dispersion particles in sintered specimens,have been investigated through the determination of linear shrinkage,bulk density,as well as the XRD analysis.The effect of two sinter methods on the bending strength shows that it is very possible for industry produce of Al 2O 3/Mullite multiphase ceramic tube.
