基于ARM芯片的步进电机加减速控制

摘    要:文中设计的步进电机加减速控制系统,基于ARM9芯片S3C2410,采用微处理器对步进电机进行加减速控制,实际上就是改变输出脉冲的时间间隔,升速时脉冲频率逐渐加快,减速时脉冲频率逐渐变慢。利用开放源码的嵌入式实时操作系统μC/OS-和uCLinux平台进行软件程序设计。该系统实现了步进电机的多功能控制,在步进电机启动和停止的时候,较好地避免失步和过冲现象。

Abstract:The acceleration and deceleration control system of stepping motor designed in this paper is based on ARM9 chip S3C2410. In the system, the microprocessor is adopted to achieve acceleration and deceleration control of the stepping motor,which is that the time interval of output pulse is changed. The embedded real-time operating system μC/OS- Ⅱ of open source and uCLinux platform are applied to carry out programming design. The system has achieved multifunctional control of stepping motor, which can avoid loss of synchronism and overshooting when the stepping motor starts and stops.
