摘    要:研究了负载型丙烯聚合高效催化剂(TiCl_4/MgCl_2/ED-AlR_3/ED)的活性衰减现象。采用间断聚合和陈化方法进行了动力学分析,表明催化剂的活性衰减与聚合反应无关。测定了活性中心浓度,发现它随陈化(聚合)时间增加而减小,其衰减规律和聚合速率衰减规律相似,衰减级数相同,衰减系数相等。考察了陈化对产品等规度等的影响,结果表明陈化可不同程度地提高等规度,但和酯化物的作用相比弱得多。


Study on Decay of Activity of Supported High-Efficlency Catalyst for Propylene Polymerization
Abstract:The phenomena of decay of activity of supported high-efficiency catalysts(TiCl_4/MgCl_2/ED-AlR_3/ED)were studied.The ageing method and batch polymeriza-tion were used to study kinetics of polymerization.It was found that decay of acti-vity of catalysts was not related to polymerization reaction.Concentration of theactive centers varied with the ageing time i.e.,the longer the time,the lowerthe concentration.The regularity of the decay was similar to that of decreasingrate in polymerization with the same order and coefficient of decay.It was foundthat ageing could bring about various degrees of increase in isotacticity index andmolecular weight.
