摘    要:采用GPC法测定神宁化工生产的均聚聚丙烯牌号(1#)及国内市场上两个同类牌号(2#、3#)的分子量大小及其分布,结果表明1#样品分布最窄;三者在三氯苯溶液中,150℃时具有良好的溶解性,在溶液中的分布状态基本一致。与2#、3#相比,1#样品的分子量分布更窄,更适合用做拉丝料,保证丝带不断丝,稳定生产。

Abstract:1#,is coal-based poly propylene,2# and 3# are petroleum-based poly propylene.The absolute molecular weight and distribution of three samples were measured by high temperature gel permeation chromatography with three detectors.The results showed that they were similar in microstructure,the differences between them were only molecular weight and distribution.The Mark-Houwink curve demonstrated that the three kinds of polypropylene were flexible polymer and had good solubility in trichlorobenzene solution at 150 ℃.Comparing with 2# and 3#,1# had smaller absolute molecular weight and narrower distribution.Therefore,in the process of production,1# should had better application effect than 2# and 3#,had lower rate of broken yarn to stabilize production.
