| 摘 要： | 介绍明火燃气加热炉的结构及炉内气氛控制系统 ,分析炉内气氛对钢丝热处理工艺的影响。通过控制炉内气氛可以改善钢丝表面的氧化、脱碳状况 ,并避免钢丝在铅浴淬火过程中的挂铅 ,且可改善酸洗效果。

| Abstract: | To introduce the structure and atmosphere control system of oil burning open fire furnace.The effect of atmosphere in the furnace on heat treatment process is analyzed.By controlling atmosphere in the furnace,the oxidization and decarbonization on steel wire can be reduced,and adhering lead in the course of patenting can be avoided and acid picking effect can be improved. |
