摘    要:天荒坪抽水蓄能电站下库坝为混凝土面板堆石坝,该坝于1994年3月截流,1997年建成,该工程施工严格按施工规程进行,面板坝上游各区堆石采用“金包银”的施工方法,以确保过渡料对垫层料的反滤作用,面板坝的按施工规程进行,面板坝上游各区堆石采用“金包银”的施工方法,以确保过渡料对垫层料的反滤作用,面板坝的漏水量是衡量面板坝质量的最重要指标,因此,结合天荒坪工程实际重点讨论了面板坝的漏水处理及漏水源分析,天荒坪下库坝是我国首先有用1m宽垫层料的工程之一,经过漏水考验,证明设计和施工都是成功的。

Abstract:The dam for the lower reservoir of Tianhuangping Pumped storage Power Plant is a concrete facing rockfill dam with the height of 87.2 m and the crest length of 230 m. The drainage area is 24.2 square kilometers. The reservoir storage capacity is 8.59 million cubic meters corresponding to its normal pool level. The river closure for the dam was made in the March of 1994 and the dam was completed in 1997. The slab thickness is designed as 0.3m 0.002H. The steel content of slab is 0.4%. The rockfill zoning of the dam is designed in accordance with the zoning principles of modern facing dam and by reference to the HEC Standards of Australia. The construction of the project was strictly conducted according to the construction regulations. The leakage volume of concrete facing rockfill dam is the most important index in determining its quality. Therefore the paper discusses the seepage control design in combination with the actual key points of the Tianhuangping Pumped storage Project. The lower reservoir dam of Tianhuangping Pumped storage Power Plant is one of project adopting one meter wide cushioning material firstly in our country. The practice showed that the design and construction of the project are successful.
