| 摘 要： | 介绍５０Ｌ气升式发酵罐用于生物肥料发酵生产的工业性试验。采用菌体光密度、活菌数等指标对细菌的生长情况进行了测定，并用溶氧电极法对该设备的传质性能进行测定。证明用５０Ｌ气升式发酵罐发酵生产生物肥工业化是可行的。

| Abstract: | Industrialscale fermented experimention on biological fertilizer in 50 L airlift biological reactor is introduced . The growing condition of bacteria was established by the parameters of optical density (OP) of bacteria, living bacteria amount etc. Oxygen mass transfer characteristic in this reactor was also determined. It is showed that the industrialization of biological fertilizer fermentation based on airlift fermentor with static mixer is feasible. |
