| 摘 要： | 本系统以Microchip公司的PIC16F877A单片机采控制步进电动机，实现国旗的上升下降；该系统通过E2PROM采记忆当前的高度，在国旗上升下降的过程中，不断的修改E2PKOM申的数据来精确现实国旗所在的位置，误差较小。

The system uses E2PROM to memory the current height ; In the process of the rising and dropping of the flag, the system uses continuous modifying the data in E2PROM to gain the accurate height. |
