Microcomputer Aided Design Diagnostic System Based on GT

This paper briefly introduces a microcomputer aided design diagostic system based on theory of GT and expert system. After obtaining related information of mechanical drawing, according to the knowledge base and data of the system itself, and through judgement by inference using inference machine, diagnostic results of critical problems of ordinery machining products such as sealing, vibration, noise may be obtained. The original design variant may also be corrected rationally. Integrating this system with CAD, the reliability and quality of CAD may be raised.
