摘    要:本文简介了一个以成组技术与专家系统理论为基础的微机辅助设计诊断系统.本系统在获取机械图纸相关信息后,依据系统本身的知识库、数据库,通过推理机的推理判断,可获得对一般机械产品关键性问题如密封、振动、噪声的诊断结果,并可对原设计方案进行合理的修改.该系统与CAD集成,可提高CAD的可靠性和质量.

Abstract:This paper briefly introduces a microcomputer aided design diagostic system based on theory of GT and expert system. After obtaining related information of mechanical drawing, according to the knowledge base and data of the system itself, and through judgement by inference using inference machine, diagnostic results of critical problems of ordinery machining products such as sealing, vibration, noise may be obtained. The original design variant may also be corrected rationally. Integrating this system with CAD, the reliability and quality of CAD may be raised.
