摘    要:高速电机具有功率密度大、尺寸小、响应快、可直接与高速机械设备连接等优点。永磁电机因其高效率、高功率因数等特点成为高速电机研究的热点。该文详细讨论了高速永磁电机设计应考虑的关键问题,包括材料选取、铁耗计算方法、转子结构和轴承选取等。

Abstract:Compared with conventional general-purpose motors,the major advantages of high-speed motors are smaller size,higher torque density,smaller moment of inertia and fast response,directly connected with other high-speed mechanical device without gear.Permanent magnet motors have large air gap length and high power factor except high efficiency,so there is a increasing interest to consider permanent motor for high-speed applications.This paper deals with the design considerations for high-speed PM motors.The choice of materials,rotor structure,core loss calculation,and bearing selection are discussed in detail.
