吸附伏安法测定抗坏血酸实验条件的确定

摘    要:采用吸附伏安法,在纳米介孔二氧化硅修饰碳糊电极上测定抗坏血酸,讨论了支持电解质溶液、pH值、富集电位、富集时间以及扫描速率对检测峰电流的影响,确定出当支持电解质为PBS缓冲溶液,pH值为5.5,开路富集时间为120s,扫描速率为50mV/s时,可获得最大检测峰电流。

Abstract:Mesoporous SiO2 modified carbon paste electrode was used as a working electrode for the selective ascorbic acid by adsorptive stripping voltammetry. The results showed that the peak currents were linear to the concentration of ascorbic acid over the wide range from 0.1 μmol/L to 2 μmol/L, and the detection limit was 0.05 μmol/L, the regress linear equation was Ip(μA) = 1. 236 +3. 207C(μmol/L) ,R =0. 981.
