超声波协同MTG酶处理真丝织物的研究

摘    要:利用超声波协同MTG酶对真丝电力纺进行复合抗皱整理。首先用不同频率超声波预处理真丝电力纺织物,然后对试样进行MTG酶时间、质量分数、温度单因素试验,通过折皱回复角的改善效果分析,选择出比较适宜的处理条件;同时全面考察了优选处理样的断裂强力、断裂伸长率、白度及吸湿等性能,并从理论上进行了讨论分析。结果表明,超声波和MTG酶协同作用显著地改善了真丝织物的抗皱性,且其他性能也都有所提高。

Abstract:Silk habotai was treated by ultrasonic and microbial transglutaminase(MTG) to improve its crease-resistance.After ultrasonic pretreatments with different frequency,proper treating condition was selected by according to crease recovery angle from MTG treatments with different time,concentration and temperature.Other performances such as breaking strength,elongation at break,whiteness and moisture absorption were also examined.Moreover,discussion and analysis were also undertaken theoretically.It is shown that silk fabric with synergic treatment of ultrasonic and MTG shows better crease-resistance and other performances.
