中短期多周期发电计划的协调方式和闭环控制

摘    要:采用中短期多周期发电计划协调优化和闭环控制解决"三公"调度模式下调度精益化和节能发电调度的需求。建立了以机组负荷率为线索的多周期发电计划编制的优化模型,提出基于全周期机组组合的多周期发电计划协调和闭环控制方法。以某省电网为例进行多周期发电计划编制,结果表明该方法能够在加强风险控制能力,提升调度计划的安全裕度的基础上实现节能减排,实现了调度精益化管理。

Abstract:The coordination optimization and feedback control of medium-short term multi-cycle generation scheduling is used to solve the demand of refined and energy-saving generation scheduling under the open, fair and just power dispatching mode. A multi-cycle generation scheduling optimization model based on the unit utilization rate is developed. The coordination and closed-loop control methods for multi-cycle generation scheduling based on completely periodic unit commitment are proposed. A case study on the multi-cycle generation scheduling of a provincial grid is conducted, and the results show that the proposed method is capable of realizing the energy-saving goal and refined generation scheduling management on the basis of stronger risk control skill and higher scheduling safety margin.
