摘    要:介绍了井壁的破裂机制及其常用治理方法,阐述了注浆加固地层法治理井壁破裂的机制,并对该方法在治理某矿副井井壁破裂的应用情况进行了分析与探讨。结果表明,地面注浆加固井筒周围的含水层能够有效地改善井壁的受力状态,加固后,作用在井壁上的垂直荷载减少,井壁的竖直附加力得到了有效的缓释和抑制,地面变形与井壁受力实测趋势基本吻合,达到了防治井壁破裂的目的,有利于确保井壁的安全。

Abstract:This paper described the shaft-wall disruption mechanism and its control methods commonly used,expounded the mechanism of reinforcing stratum by grouting to control shaft-wall disruption,and gave an analysis and discussion on the application of this method to control the auxiliary shaft-wall disruption in a mine.The results indicated that the application of ground grouting to reinforce the water-bearing strata around the shaft can effectively improve the force-bearing state of shaft wall,the vertical load applied on the shaft wall reduced after reinforcement,the vertical additional force on the shaft wall was effectively released and restrained,and the measured surface deformation and force on the shaft wall basically inosculated,the goal of the prevention and control of shaft-wall disruption was achieved,so all of these are favorable to guaranteeing the safety of shaft wall.
