| Abstract: | Based on analysis of situation faced with by manufacturing enterprises, advanced manufacturing strategies, technologies and manufacturing systems and development of systems management are presented, and the three basic techniques-manufacturing strategies and planning, product design and development, total quality assurance and optimized operations for increasing enterprises' competitive force are pointed out in building modern enterprises systems in this paper. |
