煤气发生器在稠油热采领域中的应用

摘    要:文章讨论了煤气发生器以煤炭制煤气,实现稠油热采注汽锅炉燃油改燃煤气的工艺技术。在不改动注汽锅炉的情况下改变热采锅炉燃料。注汽锅炉的技术参数和工作参数由锅炉原配监测仪表和控制仪自动监测控制,并与新增加的煤气发生器自动控制系统连锁实现全系统自动控制。该技术从根本上改变了直燃煤炭(固体燃料)、直燃油料(液体燃料)的传统燃烧方式,既解决了燃料能源,又改善了环保条件。该项技术的研究具有明显的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:This paper discusses the technology of using gas instead of oil as the fuel of steam injection boiler by generating gas from coal via gas generator without changing the boiler structure. The technical and operating parameters of steam injection boiler are monitored and controlled by the original monitoring device and control instrument. In conjunction with the automatic controlling system of gas generator, automatic control of the total system is realized. The technology has changed the traditional combustion mode of straight combustion of coal (solid fuel) and oil (liquid fuel), improved environment protection and shows notable economic and social benefit.
