考虑因子交互作用多目标优化注塑模冷却系统工艺参数

摘    要:运用部分因子实验设计方法从众多的实验因子中初步筛选出与注塑模冷却系统密切相关的若干个独立因子和交互因子。在考虑交互因子的基础上,结合Taguchi试验设计和模糊数学中的综合评判法,对成型周期和冷却结束时型腔温度差2个目标值进行综合评判,得到综合评分;通过对综合评分进行极差分析,确定了各工艺参数对综合评分的影响程度,从而获得了优化的工艺参数组合。
