摘    要:以6082天桥厚料作为研究对象,研究了固溶时间及停放效应对合金力学性能的影响.结果表明,随着固溶时间的延长,其力学性能先增加后降低,最佳固溶工艺为560 ℃/30 min.为获得优良性能,在热处理过程中应避免固溶至时效阶段停留8~16 h.

Abstract:The effects of solution time and parking effect on the mechanical properties of 6082 aluminium alloy for thick wall section pedestrian bridges were studied.The results showed that the mechanical properties first increased and then decreased with the prolongation of the solution time.The optimal solution process is 560℃/30 min.In order to obtain excellent properties,the solid solution should be avoided to stay 8~16 h in the aging stage during the heat treatment.
