Abstract:A switched capacitor bandgap reference voltage source with high- order curvature compen-sation is introduced and designed, which adopts automatic zero adjustment technology to overcome the .offset defect of traditional linear reference, eliminate the influence of offset voltage and improve theoutput accuracy of operational amplifier. The design adopts virtual tube to reduce the parasitic effectwhen the switch tube is turned off. By introducing high -order compensation term, the output voltage -temperature curve is sinusoidal, which significantly reduces the temperature coefficient. The circuit isimplemented in 0.35 μm standard CMOS process, and the temperature coefficient, temperature drift andlinear adjustment rate in a certain temperature range are obtained by simulation. The designed electricalappliance can be used as a typical discrete-time band gap reference, and has certain application value incircuits characterized by high precision.
