摘    要:针对新能源汽车电池架空心铝型材,设计分流挤压模,结合有限元模拟技术获得铝型材挤压过程中铝合金的流动速度分布情况。分析模拟得到的数据,针对铝合金挤出速度的不均匀性,对模具的芯模结构提出改进方案,改进后的模拟结果显示型材出口处金属流速均匀,试模试验与有限元模拟结果相符,为相关型材的模具结构设计和改进提供了指导。

Abstract:For a new energy vehicle battery rack hollow aluminum profile,the porthole extrusion die was designed,and the finite element simulation technology was combined to obtain the flow velocity distribution of the aluminum alloy during the aluminum profile extrusion process.By analyzing the data obtained from the simulation,an improvement plan was proposed for the mandrel die structure in view of the unevenness of the metal extrusion speed.The improved simulation results showed that the metal flow rate at the exit of the profile was uniform.The die trial test was consistent with the finite element simulation results,which provided guidance for the design and improvement of the die structure of the relevant profile.
