Abstract:objective To explore the application efficacy of Flexbot lower limb rehabilitation training robot in early rehabilitation of patients with severe cerebral infarction.Methods 40 patients with severe cerebral infarction admitted to Changzhou DEAN Hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group by numerical table method,with 20 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group increased Flexbot lower limb rehabilitation training robot therapy on the basis of routine treatment.The changes of cerebral symmetry index(BSI),brainwave and power ratio(DAR),peak oxygen uptake(VO2 peak),MET peak,VO2AT,HR peak and HR rest were compared between the two groups before and 4 weeks after treatment.Results BSI and DAR values of the observation group were better than those of the control group after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of VO2 peak,VO2AT,MET Peak and HR peak in the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment and the control group at the same period,while the LEVELS of HR REST were significantly lower than those before treatment and the control group at the same period,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Early intervention of Flexbot lower limb rehabilitation training robot can effectively improve the cerebral nerve function and cardiopulmonary function in patients with severe cerebral infarction,and it has a high application efficiency in the early rehabilitation of severe cerebral infarction.
