| Abstract: | General practitioners play an important role in the maintenance of national health,and the construction of general practitioner competency model is the key to carry out competency evaluation.In this paper,the general practitioners in Lu'an Shili hospital and its entrusted township hospitals were selected as the subjects of the questionnaire survey.The results were analyzed by principal component analysis,and six factors to measure the competency of general practitioners were obtained.Combined with the weight coefficient of the six factors,the results of competency evaluation of general practitioners are obtained,which has a certain reference value for the training and performance evaluation of general practitioners at this stage. |
