液—液聚结器在柴油加氢装置中的应用

焦化柴油、催化柴油等经加氢精制以后，多采用蒸汽直接汽提的方法除去杂质及轻组分，保证产品柴油腐蚀、闪点等指标符合质量要求。因汽提蒸汽直接与油、气接触，经汽提后的产品中不可避免地存在微量水；这些少量水分随柴油产品进入成品罐中，影响产品的品质。采用颇尔过滤器(北京)有限公司的液-液聚结器技术后，产品质量达到了优质。

APPLICATION OF LIQUID-LIQUID COALESER ON DIESEL OIL HYDROFINING UNIT

After coke gas oil,catalytic diesel oil etc.,refine in hydrofining unit,the steam direct stripping method is adopted usually to remove the impurity and light fraction,and to secure the targets of production diesel oil corrosion,flush point etc.,To conform to the quality requirements.Since the stripping steam directly contacted with oil and gas,after stripping,trace water existed in production cannot be avoid.This trace water accompanying with diesel production was entered to the production tank,and affected the production quality.After liquid liquid coalscer technology of po er filter Co Ltd.was applied,the production reached high quality.
