淀粉/单体比例及酸解条件对高淀粉含量木材胶性能的影响

摘    要:研究了淀粉与单体质量比对淀粉木材胶粘结性能、接枝参数、贮藏稳定性的影响。结果表明:当淀粉/单体质量比为7∶3时,较常规比例(淀粉/单体质量比为5∶5)下接枝率、接枝效率与干强度分别下降23.8%、21.1%和8.6%,经受冻融循环减少4次,但淀粉用量提高了40%,增加了环保性能。在此基础上,研究了酸解条件对淀粉/单体质量比为7∶3的木材胶性能的影响,综合考虑贮藏稳定性、粘结强度,选择酸解时间为2 h制备高淀粉含量木材胶,并对酸解作用影响淀粉胶性能及接枝共聚反应的机理进行了分析。
