V形密封槽在薄壁换热管与管板胀接连接接头中的应用

摘    要:对管板管孔开设V形密封槽用于薄壁换热管与管板连接的可行性进行了论述,并对V形槽胀接工艺与矩形槽胀接工艺的优缺点进行了比较,研究并提出了采用V形槽胀接工艺时薄壁换热管胀管率的控制范围。最后对采用V 形密封槽胀接连接接头的密封性及强度进行了分析论证。实际应用中,多台产品使用效果良好,胀接处没有出现渗漏及强度缺陷现象。

Abstract:The connected feasibility of setting a V-shaped seal groove on the tube plate hole between thin-wall heat exchange tube and tube plate was discussed.The advantages and disadvantages of the expan-sion joint between the V-shaped groove and the rectangular one were compared.The control range of the expanding rate of thin-wall heat exchange tube when adopting the V-shaped expansion joint was sub-jected and proposed.The sealability and intensity of connection joint of the expansion when using the V-shaped seal groove was analyzed and demonstrated.Multiple products in the use of the process work well and the expansion joints have no leakage and intensity defect phenomenon.
