多路数字绝缘电阻测试仪用的直流电源设计

摘    要:基于反激式单片开关电源的设计方案,设计了多路数字绝缘电阻测试仪使用的250V直流电源.设计了基于TL431和电阻网络的精密反馈电路,以满足电源输出电压幅值高,精度高的要求.介绍了电路的工作原理以及主要参数的确定方法.实验结果表明,电源达到了设计目标,满足多路数字绝缘电阻测试仪测量精度的要求.

Abstract:The 250V DC power supply of multi-circuit digital insulated resistor tester is designed. To satisfy the design targets, the scheme of flyback switching power supply on a single chip is selected. And a precise feedback circuit based on TL431 and resistors network is devised to meet the requirements of high voltage and high precision of the power supply. The operational principle of the circuit is introduced and the parameters are given. The experiment results validate the performance of the power supply and it satisfies the precision requirements of the multi-circuit digital in sulated resistor tester.
