圆弧插补终点判断方法研究

摘    要:圆弧插补是数控系统必备的功能,有效的终点判断算法是插补运动顺利实现的保证。提出了距离判断、角度判断以及符号判断三种圆弧插补终点判断方法,进行了有效性分析。实验验证结果表明,在一般加减速速度规划下,提出的方法能够实现微段圆弧、整圆或近似整段圆弧、过象限圆弧插补的终点判断。

Abstract:Arc interpolation is one of the indispensable functions of CNC system. The efficient end-point discrimination method guarantees the effective implement of the arc interpolation. Three different end-point discrimination methods including distance discrimination, angle discrimination and symbol discrimination are put forward and their validities in the real application are elaborately analyzed respectively. Some experiment results indicate that, under normal acceleration and deceleration control of feedrate plan, these proposed methods effectually realize end-point discrimination of arc interpolation including normal arc, micro-arc and the whole circle.
