脉冲涡流金属厚度检测信号及其特征提取

摘    要:介绍了脉冲涡流厚度检测信号及其特征提取的研究现状。采用脉冲涡流检测装置在铝合金板上进行了厚度实验,并对脉冲涡流厚度检测响应信号进行了特征提取,分析了其灵敏度与线性度,给出了最合适的特征值。

Abstract:This paper introduced the current research states of PEC thickness testing.The main purpose of this paper is to improve the properties of the PEC sensor,the sensitivity and linearity of current features for metal thickness measurement were evaluated in both of time and frequency domain using PEC nondestructive testing(NDT).Experimental study was conducted with aluminum slabs in different thicknesses.Based on the comparative study of the feature extraction techniques,the most suitable feature was discussed.
