锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁的抗扭承载力

摘    要:目的研究钢筋锈蚀对钢筋混凝土梁抗扭承载力的影响,为锈蚀构件寿命分析提供计算依据.方法对20根快速锈蚀梁进行抗扭承载力测试,并基于变角空间桁架计算模型,建立了锈蚀钢筋混凝土梁受扭承载力实用计算公式.结果纵筋锈蚀、箍筋锈蚀和纵箍筋同时锈蚀的3种梁承载力对比表明,钢筋锈蚀对梁的极限抗扭承载力均有影响.纵箍筋同时锈蚀对极限抗扭承载力的影响程度要比单独的纵筋锈蚀或箍筋锈蚀大,而箍筋锈蚀的影响大于纵筋锈蚀.结论在考虑钢筋锈蚀后截面、抗拉性能及黏结性能的变化后,变角空间桁架模型计算结果与试验结果在钢筋锈蚀率〈8%时,具有可靠的计算精度.而当钢筋锈蚀率超过8%时,计算值与试验值稍有偏差.

Abstract:In order to study the influence of the corrosion of steel for RC beams torsional strength and provide calculating method for life analysis of corrosion member,20 fast-corrosion beams were tested and torsional bearing capacity was gained. Practical formula for calculating the beating capacity of corrosion member was established based on the variable - angle spatial truss model. Bearing capacity contrast of Iongitudinal bars corrosion, stirrup corrosion and all bars corrosion concluded that all of them could affect the torsional bearing capacity. The effects of all bars corrosion were more than of single type corrosion, and the effects of stirrup bars corrosion was more than longitudinal bars corrosion. Studies suggested that considering the changes of cross -section steel corrosion, tensile strength and bonding performance of RC, the practical formula were reliable when the corrosion rate was less than 8%. If the corrosion rate was over 8%, there was an error between calculation data and testing data.
