开洞板洞口周边弹性加强探讨

摘    要:简单探讨了竖向荷载作用的开洞板洞口设置弹性加强的问题,采用有限元软件ANSYS计算。根据工程实际情况,提出3种加强方式,同时考虑加强边刚度和宽度等参数的影响,求出不同参数情况下加强边内和板未加强部分的最大受压、受拉应变和挠度。通过比较,得出了一些指导开洞板加强设计的合理建议。同时考虑了加强边造价的影响,使得通过该文建议设计出的开洞板不但受力合理而且经济。

Abstract:It is discussed how to reinforce the hole edge of slab with a rectangle hole, which is subjected to vertical loads. The results are obtained by using the finite element method and ANSYS computer software as tools. According to the reality of engineering, three types of reinforcing edge method are put forward. The displacement, the maximum compression and tension strain are calculated according to each type of reinforcing method, and the varying width of the slab, the stiffness of the reinforced hole edge are also taken into consideration. Some reasonable conclusions are presented by comparing the results. At last, a compositive formula is brought forward, which makes the designing of slab with hole is not only reasonable but also economical.
