摘    要:设计了一种新型硅基微显示器件场缓存像素电路结构,并通过SPICE模拟与其他像素电路做比较,分析了其电路特点。新型像素结构可使在电压保持期间影响液晶电容电压的晶体管数量降到最低,从而提高了像素电容的电压保持率,降低了闪烁,并减小了电磁干扰对像素电压的影响,提高了器件可靠性,同时提高了对光照的承受能力及对温度变化的适应能力,改善了显示品质,适用于高亮度显示器件。

Abstract:A novel frame buffer pixel circuit for LCoS was proposed in this paper. Compared with other frame buffer pixel circuits by SPICE simulation, the characteristics of the pixel circuit were analyzed. This novel pixel structure minimizes the amount of transistors that impact the liquid crystal capacitance voltage in a voltage holding period, increasing voltage-holding-ratio, decreasing the flick of the image, and reducing the EMI effect on the pixel voltage to increase the reliability of the microdisplays. And its resistance to the light stress and immunity from the temperature variance is also enhanced. So it improves display quality and can be applied to the higher brightness microdisplays.
