半铠装滑动测温传感器及其故障诊断的研究

摘    要:结合大型旋转艇体温度测试的研究,提出了一种新型的半铠装滑动测温传感器结构。在分析其故障特征的基础上,综合考虑测温系统的冗余性,进一步提出了基于时间序列和专家系统相结合的故障诊断策略。经实验仿真和实际工程的使用情况表明,文章所给出的滑动测温方法及传感器故障诊断策略是切实可行的,同时为其他类似的测试系统提供了新的借鉴。

Abstract:While studding on temperature measure of large rotating hull, a new structure of half enveloped sensor of glide measure temperature is put forward.After analyzing sensor fault character and redundancy of measure temperature system,a new strategy of fault diagnosis based on time serial and expert system is presented.The method of glide measure temperature and the strategy of fault diagnosis are feasible using experiment imitate and application of engineering.At the same time this can use for reference of other analogous measure system.
