高职课程教学过程与酒店管理深度融合的研究

一些高职毕业生在就业初期的表现差强人意,令就业单位和学校感到担忧,究其原因是由于学生对就业岗位缺乏成熟的认知。文章在对毕业生就业适应性调查的基础上,以课程教学过程为切入点,从职业态度、工作环境、与人合作能力三方面探析了高职课程教学过程与酒店管理深度融合的方式。

On Intensive Integration of Teaching Process at Higher Vocational Colleges with Hotel Management

Many graduates ’ performance at the beginning of their employment is barely satisfactory ,which wor-ries employers and schools .As a matter of fact ,it is due to students ’ lack of understandings of their positions . This paper ,based on an employment adaptability survey of the graduates ,explores the approaches of the inten-sive integration of the teaching process and hotel management at higher vocational colleges in terms of profes -sional attitude ,working environment and cooperative ability .
