工艺参数对树脂与液晶光纤插针同轴度的影响

摘    要:针对光纤插针同轴度要求比较高、树脂和液晶光纤插针又未得到广泛应用的问题,利用CAE软件研究了工艺参数对树脂和液晶插针同轴度的影响.实验表明,树脂和液晶光纤插针的同轴度可以满足精度要求,模具温度、熔体温度和保压压力对这两种插针的同轴度影响较大.

Effect of process parameters on the coaxiality for resin and liquid crystal fiber ferrule

Abstract:The coaxiality for fiber ferrule requires the high level,and the resin and liquid crystal fiber ferrule were not widely used. The effect of process parameters on the coaxiality for resin and liquid crystal fiber ferrule was researched,based on CAE software. The analysis showed that the coaxiality for resin and liquid crystal fiber ferrule can meet accuracy requirements. The greater influence parameter on the coaxiality for resin and liquid crystal fiber ferrule were mold temperature,melt temperature and pressure.
