| Abstract: | Three factors to determine the enthusiasm of staff in an enterprise are staff's interests,world outlook and individual hobby,among them staff's interest is the most important factor.Flexible personnel-using system and encouraging mechanism should be used by enterprises to adjust and control staff's interests systemetically so as to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of staff. |
