摘    要:提出了一种从数值仿真数据中提取螺旋锥齿轮齿面的方法,该方法利用网格数据的相关性提取齿面数据,采用网格曲面划分方法,解决网格数据分割问题,并在UG环境下利用二次开发工具UG/Open GRIP实现了复杂齿面的精确重建。该方法简洁高效,在实际应用中取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:The algorithms for the surface reconstruction of the numeric tooth surface of the spiral bevel gear from numeric emulation were presented.The tooth surface extraction algorithm was discussed which is used to eliminate unnecessary grid data,the surface partition algorithm was presented to organize the extracted surface into B-spline array for further processing,and the algorithm of surface reconstruction based on UG/Open/GRIP,the redevelopment tool for UG,were put forward which are used to exchange the reconstructed surface data into Unigraphics.Practice shows that the algorithms are efficient and reliable for numeric tooth surface reconstruction.
