DH050T和DH170T的性能与加工工艺研究

研究了上海石油化工股份有限公司生产的2种黑色双峰高密度聚乙烯电缆护套专用料DH050T，DH170T以及国内生产的3种电缆护套专用料的力学性能，电学性能和加工流变性能，结果表明，DH050T和DH170T具有良好的刚性和韧性平衡点，非常低的收缩率和优异的耐环境应力开裂性能，较宽的加工温度范围和良好的加工性能，能在较宽的加工温度下提供光滑圆整的表面和较高的输出率，并具有很好的稳定性和均匀性。

Study on properties and processing technology of DH050T and DH170T

The mechanical and electrical properties and rheological property in processing of DH050T and DH170T, a kind of cable sheathing speciality of high density polyethylene, were studied and compared with 3 other kinds of domestically produced counterparts. The results show that both DH050T and DH170T not only reach an appropriate compromise between their stiffness and toughness, but also possess rather low shrinkage rate, excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking and superior processability in a wide processing temperature range. The cable sheathing products so made of the speciality exhibit satisfactory smoothness, stability and homogeneity.
